How I work with you on your estate planning

You deserve more than just documents and paper - my focus is to give you the legal advice and information to use and benefit from your estate planning documents. That is done during our initial conference, at the signing conference, with an explanatory letter that comes with the drafts, and with the trust asset checklist that guides you through the re-titling process.

After the signing conference, I encourage all clients to call with questions, regardless if the questions have to do with how to use the documents, how to title assets, or how to fill out the designated beneficiary. Unless the calls involve new documents or research, I and my staff do not usually charge for the phone calls or emails. I believe there is little use having an attorney if a client will not call and get needed information or advice.

I normally returns calls or emails to clients within 24 hours.

My clients come from all over the Phoenix Valley, so I have 2 offices to best serve them. My Phoenix office serves my Tempe, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, and East Valley clients. My clients from North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Sun City West, Peoria, Glendale, Arrowhead, Buckeye, and Avondale can visit me at my Sun City office. Contact our office that best suits you!
